The Socks are manufactured with finest mercerised or super combed
cotton of 20/1, 40/2 or 60/2 from most reputed mills of India
plated with Lycra or Spandex, for extra comfort durability &
stretch. Special yarns are also used. Such as “Anti-Microbials”
for bacteria and fungus resistance, “Lurex”, for shining
effect “Super Wash Wool” for smooth & softer feel,
“Bouclet” for raised effect etc. The yarns used are
not only AZO free but are also as per “OKOTEX” standards.
The Socks are pre washed and treated with special enzymes for
bio polishing, for softer feel and for better moisture absorption.
If required Organic cotton can be also used. There is a special
emphasis on quality at all stages of production. The organization

the company is ISO 9001-2000 certified by QSI, America.
The
quality is checked by knitter during knitting as one knitter is
only allowed to operate 8 machines. After knitting same is being
rechecked at boarding stage. Further before packing each and every
pair is individually checked by Q/C team. Then once the shipment
is ready 10% of quantities are rechecked to ensure that every
thing is absolutely perfect.
